PSYCHOTHERAPY

Many of us struggle each day under the weight of old wounds, challenging relationship dynamics, and internalized narratives that keep us from thriving. In therapy I provide compassionate presence and a safe environment where you can begin to explore the parts of yourself that are suffering, be seen in all your complexity, and work collaboratively toward healing. Each session will be tailored to your unique journey, and in addition to talk therapy, we may draw on somatic psychotherapy, ecotherapy, and expressive arts practices.

With adults, I accompany each client in finding a greater sense of wholeness, connection, meaning, and self-awareness. We all have the inherent ability to navigate and adapt to adverse life events and circumstances, and therapy can help us cultivate the sense of agency and clarity we need to create inner and outer change.

With couples and families, I work to help each member of the family system feel understood, explore new ways of relating and communicating, and break out of patterns that no longer serve them.

With children and adolescents, I apply a developmentally appropriate lens to help clients express their inner world and thrive, including utilizing play-based therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness techniques.

It takes a broad vision to know that a piece of the sky and a chunk of the earth lie lodged in the heart of every human being, and that if we are going to care for that heart we will have to know the sky and earth as well as human behavior.
