Shayna Keller is a nonprofit and public sector management professional and recent graduate of the Yale School of Management. She currently serves as a Senior Advisor with Lincoln Center International, the global consulting and cultural exchange arm of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. During her MBA, Shayna worked with the National Park Service's Business Management Group, where she developed a business plan for the federal agency's primary workforce training center in the Grand Canyon. From 2011-2014 she served as Executive Director of the Dance Resource Center, a Los Angeles-based organization dedicated to building infrastructure and capacity to support dance in Southern California.
Shayna has also been active as a Nonprofit Board Fellow to Elmseed Enterprise Fund (a New Haven-based consultancy for small, local enterprises), Executive Chair of Emerging Arts Leaders/Los Angeles (2012-2014), an advisor to local dance networks in San Diego and Riverside, and a member of the Pieter Performance Space Council.
As a choreographer and performer, Shayna's work has been presented at Movement Research at the Judson Church (NYC), Counterpulse (SF), Joshua Tree National Park, Highway 62 Art Tours (Joshua Tree), Machine Project (LA), homeLA (LA), Anatomy Riot (LA), and Pieter (LA).
